Our Misson:
We exist to create personal growth opportunities for young adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism who need a place to belong. We empower members and their families to challenge: "The way it's always been done."

We follow the Spring Branch ISD calendar for holiday closures. Employment services provided as needed
Our Values
Inclusion
Our community is strongest when everyone participates. We believe everyone with a disability has the right to work, live, and fully participate in the same places as anyone else. We aim to create opportunities for our members to belong and feel missed when they're not there.
Valued Community Roles
People with intellectual disabilities and/or autism have many strengths and skills to contribute. We work to support these individuals in meaningful roles in our community, such as volunteer, employee, customer, neighbor, and friend.
Self-Determination
We believe everyone has the right and ability to make decisions about their own lives. We provide the necessary supports for individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism to make informed decisions about how they spend their time.
Services
Community Inclusion
In our community-focuses day program, members engage in opportunities around the city to serve and connect with the world around them. Through participation in community events, classes, and outings, members enhance their socialization and communication skills, meet their health and fitness goals, and develop friendships that last a lifetime.
Vocational Training
Through volunteer positions around the city, members spend time gaining vocational experience, exploring their career interests, and giving back to our community. Members receive a wide variety of valuable training for future job placement.
